Arab schools educate students on isolation:

Arabic schools in Romania built walls separating their students from the society in which they live and develop a schizophrenia inside their students, forcing them to live in two different and contradictory societies. All European governments consider the children living in their country to be the children of the state. They sponsor them, sponsor their interests, provide them and financially support them, force them to study in public schools and sometimes have the right to take them from their parents if they feel that parents do not treat children in a civilized and systematic

The graduates of Arab schools can not complete their studies in theoretical colleges (arts, sociology, psychology, law, professional colleges, arts and theater colleges, music colleges, etc.). They cannot compete in the competitions of the ministries of interior, foreign affairs and justice. They are disabled backward citizens who do not contribute to building the future of their country in a healthy way.
Some of the negative aspects of Arab schools:
The undeclared goal of the school is to profit financially, even at the expense of the life and future of the students. These schools do not participate in art exhibitions, concerts, competitions, activities and other programs offered by the State free of charge, in which all Romanian schools participate.

Did not participate in promotion and development projects of education of different cultures (dezvoltarea educaţiei interculturale) despite the great importance of these projects.
Legal aspect of these schools:
Legally, there is not yet an Arab school in Romania that has an educational license as a school officially accredited by the Romanian Ministry of Education, as is the case in Turkish, French and British private schools.
Schools in Romania are institutions and cultural centers licensed as non-profit educational institutions (cultural centers). It is entitled to licensed cultural activity such as any Romanian private company, and it is granted the necessary approvals from the competent authorities such as any restaurant, shop, language institute or institute of vocational education, not as regular schools.
The Romanian State shall not interfere with its programs or curricula and shall not supervise, support or deal with it as an official school in accordance with such licenses and approvals.
Is it true that Arabic schools devote morals and religious values and preserve the Customs and traditions?
The advertising propaganda of these institutions rely in propagating themselves on focusing attention on educational, religious and national issues, as an exploitation of the emotions of the parents to throw them in the net to registrate their children in them.
In fact, attention is paid to religious and educational issues to satisfy the parents according to their immediate interests, neglecting the positive and religious spirituality, and teach students about their communities and their religion, rather than understanding and assimilating them.
In these schools, it is reported that they distanced children from the disadvantages of Romanian schools, where sex and drugs are rampant. Paradoxically, most of the students of Arab schools are friends and relatives of these Romanian schools. When they graduate, they go to the Romanian universities which are distinct to the Romanian schools. Then, they can enter the work market in Romania, which also includes the positives and negatives of the Romanian society.
These schools do not play any positive role in separating the bad and the good from the customs and traditions planted deep in the conscience of knowledge, and do not work in a scientific specific manner to remove the underdevelopment and ignorance, and do not sort or purify habits in the Romanian society and renounce the exotic evil and get positive from them ...
According to statistics and reality, these Arab schools are categorized as failing educational institutions that teach their students isolation from their societies and extremism in thinking, and import the legacy of underdevelopment to re-inject it into the new generation, not concerning that they distorting a generation of immigrants while not distroying the foundations of their success in their new societies.
No one denies the isolation of Arab schools in Romania and their organic separation from Roman society as a systematic policy practiced for known purposes. Under the pretexts of preserving values, morals, customs and traditions.
The negative aspects of the isolation of the students of these schools from the Romanian society are more dangerous to them and their future and their intellectual, social and psychological makeup than some of the advantages of these schools, if any of them exist.
Is the solution to close these institutions or to develop them?
The solution certainly not to close these institutions, but to work to give it its useful true size in the society, and these schools can be important cultural centers providing educational services in accordance with the school aid system "Şcoala după şcoală" and teaching Islamic education and Arabic language and tutoring.

Declare the reality of these schools in terms of the lack of recognition with their certificates and their educational, pedagogical, official dire status. And the Romanian authorities look to them as a failing center for educationally failures, socially underdeveloped students, incapable of scientific, cultural and linguistic development and isolationists and Psychologically complex students and provide advice to parents to expel their children from such kind of destructive commercial schools.
Conversion of these schools (commercial) to Romanian vocational formal schools, a religious school that is committed to the school curriculum developed by the Ministry of Education, but it focus on religious education and language quotas in addition to the educational course, such as the rest of the high schools

And his obtaining of a certificate and a study in Arabic will put obstacles to his great superiority, work and efficiency and reduce the ability to compete with the Romanian colleagues in the future.
It concludes through the students' course that they must integrate the Romanian society at the end of their educational journey to achieve accomplishments through it, and that isolation will generate problems of lack of harmony with society and the lack of equal access to the privileges and employment opportunities, and hence unemployment, poverty and extremism, and down to the hatred of society and crime.
Warning the Romanian state to the potential future danger of these schools and their care of ignorance, backwardness and extremism. Most of its students were Romanian citizens. It provided the opportunity for Arab-Romanian students to learn their language and religion in additional classes and within Romanian governmental schools.

يترقب العالم بأسره أوضاع اللاجئين الذين فروا من بلدانهم التي تجوبها الحروب متجهين الى بلدان مختلفة يتوفر فيها الاستقرار والأمان.
حيث هرب مئات الاف من العراق وسوريا نظرا لما يدور في هذين البلدين من مشاكل أمنية وعدم استقرار ومعارك تجوب شوارع المدن التي لا يسلم منها المواطنون العاديون إلى أماكن أكثر استقرارا وأمنا.
إن هذه الحروب التي تدور في العراق وسوريا القت بأوزارها ليس على مواطنيها فحسب وانما أيضا على أغلب دول العالم ومنها الدول الاوربية التي تعد بالنسبة للكثير من اللاجئين هي الوجهة النهائية التي يفكرون بالوصول إليها منذ بدء رحلتهم، تاركين خلفهم جميع ما يملكون، حتى إن معظمهم تركوا عوائلهم وأهلهم إما لصعوبة هروبهم معا أو لان الحرب قطعت التواصل بينهم.
إن الاعداد الكبيرة من المهاجرين الذين قرروا ان يتوجهوا إلى أوربا بالتأكيد ارقت الكثير من المسؤولين في الدول الاوربية لأنهم يعتبرونها ازمة لم تواجه من قبل ولم يتم الاستعداد لها.
رغم الجهود التي يبذلها الكثير من المسؤولين في مختلف انحاء العالم والتي يحاولون من خلالها احتواء الازمة إلا إن هذه الجهود لا تخلو من الصعوبات نظرا لعدد اللاجئين الكبير الذين وصلوا إلى العديد من الدول الاوربية حتى الان والذين من المتوقع وصولهم في المستقبل القريب, إن هؤلاء الناس الذين هربوا من بلدانهم للعديد من الأسباب وحين وصلولهم إلى دولة عضوة في الاتحاد الأوربي يقدمون طلب في الحصول على صفة اللجوء الذي يمنحهم الحق في العيش في ذلك البلد مع منحهم حقوق مختلفة منها عدم إعادتهم إلى بلدانهم الاصلية وفقا لمعاهدة جنيف الموقعة من قبل العديد من الدول ومنها الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوربي, في أي دولة اوربية تابعة للاتحاد الأوربي عندما تستقبل عدد ما من المهاجرين تقوم بعدة إجراءات لتحديد ما إذا كان هؤلاء المهاجرون يستحقون منحهم صفة اللجوء أم لا وفقا لمعايير حددت في اتفاقية جنيف آنذاك, حينئذ تقوم الجهات المختصة في تلك الدولة بدراسة الطلب المقدم من المهاجر وتقييمه وتحديد السبب الحقيقي لمغادرته بلده واختياره للدولة المعنية لتقدم طلبه في الحصول على حق اللجوء لديها, بالتالي فان الفترة التي تتطلبها دراسة وتقييم الطلب الى ان تتخذ الجهات المسؤولة القرار المناسب هي فترة غير محددة وغير معلومة وتختلف من دولة الى أخرى وايضا من مدينة الى مدينة أخرى, تبعا للنظام المعمول به وأيضا الى مدى قابلية هذه الدولة على استيعاب اعداد المهاجرين المختلفة.
ان من بين الدول التي من المحتمل ان تستقبل عدد كبير من المهاجرين هي رومانيا حيث إنها احدى الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوربي وهي من الدول الملتزمة باتفاقية جنيف الخاصة باللاجئين، نظرا الى الوضع الاقتصادي في رومانيا ربما يضع على عاتق المسؤولين في هذه الدولة صعوبات إضافية لمواجهة هذه الازمة من حيث استقبال وتوفير المكان المناسب للعيش بالنسبة للمهاجرين لحين النظر في طلباتهم والبت فيها.
لكن يمكن للسلطات الحكومية والمنظمات الغير حكومية ان يشكلوا تعاون فيما بينهم للسيطرة على هذه الازمة، انه من الممكن تحديد الصعوبات التي يمكن مواجهتها في استقبال عدد كبير من المهاجرين ومن ثم تحليلها بالتالي يمكن وضع الحلول المناسبة لها.
فأن اغلب المهاجرين عند وصولهم الى رومانيا فانهم يبدون تواقون لبدء حياة جديدة وبناء مستقبل جديد لهم ولعوائلهم, مثلا هناك الكثير من الأسئلة التي يمكن ان يطرحها اللاجئون الى المسؤولين منها اين سيتم اسكانهم واذا كانت عائلة هل بإمكانهم السكن معا, أيضا كم من الوقت سيستغرق اصدار الوثائق الرسمية الخاصة بهم ومتى يمكن لأطفالهم البدء في التسجيل في المدارس, واذا كانوا يملكون الحق في العمل وماذا بإمكانهم ان يعملوا وهذه أيضا واحدة من المشاكل التي تواجه المسؤولين والمهاجرين, انه من غير شك يوجد الكثير من اللاجئين الذين يملكون مؤهلات مختلفة وقد مارسوا أعمالا مختلفة في بلدانهم ولربما هذه المؤهلات لا تتناسب مع فرص العمل المتوفرة في رومانيا لذلك يمكن إيجاد حلول لهذه المسألة منها اجراء دورات تأهيلية في مختلف الاختصاصات للاجئين كلا حسب رغبته واختياره للدورة التي يرغب بمتابعتها, أيضا تعليم اللغة الرومانية لأنها واحدة من الأسس التي تمكن اللاجئ بالاندماج في المجتمع الروماني.
لكن من الواجب توحيد الجهود بين المؤسسات الحكومية والمنظمات الغير حكومية الخاصة باللاجئين وتوحيد المعلومات التي تصل الى اللاجئين لان باختلاف المعلومات المعطاة من المؤسسات الحكومية وأخرى من المنظمات الغير حكومية يمكن يؤدي ذلك بالتفاوت في المعلومات المتلقات ومن ثم احتمالية انعدام الثقة الذي يعقد الأمور المتعلقة بالتعامل مع اللاجئين.
لذا من الأفضل عند دراسة ملفات اللاجئين وتحديد احتياجاتهم والنقاط الأساسية التي تهمهم، وضعها بقائمة وتحضير الإجابات المناسبة لها قبل عقد اللقاءات مع اللاجئين وان يكون هناك تنسيق مسبق بين المؤسسات الحكومية والمنظمات الغير الحكومية الخاصة بمتابعة أمور اللاجئين قبل عقد اللقاءات لكي يكون هناك إجابات موحدة تعزز من استقبال وفهم المعلومات المتلقات, وان يكون الشخص الذي يقود اللقاء على دراية بأغلب المسائل الخاصة باللاجئين لكي تمكنه من الإجابة على أسئلة اللاجئين بدون الرجوع الى جهة أخرى للاستفسار عن هده الأسئلة.
من الواضح هناك صعوبات كثيرة لاحتواء ازمة اللاجئين لكن يمكن إيجاد حلول للكثير من هذه الصعوبات عن طريق فهم نفسية اللاجئ وتحديد ما هي احتياجاته الأساسية التي يمكن معالجتها.
