Arabic schools ruined the future of its students
Mazen Rifai - Romania

Charlie Hebdo – the Madrid events – The run over accidents in Berlin and London – Paris 2015 events–Brussels 2016 attacks! Barcelona 2017!

Tragic events for the youth of the third generation of immigrants in Europe, started from the failed educational and merger system in those States.

The book "Europe in the Face of Terrorism" by his writer "Gregoire Demezen and Frank Pino" lists:
terrorist organizations depend in their terrorist recruitment in the world on using the diseased psychological roots of the terrorist who is suffering from frustration, despair and social failure, and looking to compensate his failure to become a superhuman depending on religious concepts that monopolize truth with what called ' depressive Jihad '.

' Bernard Lewis ' says that hatred grows due to individuals’ enmity whose interests were not met and evolves into a rejection of civilization and its principles and values and this hatred helps in Jihadi thought evolution as a result of alienation feeling in immigrant generations and their search for an alternative affiliation (parents country) that compensates them for their failed affiliation.

One of the main causes of hatred against society and hostility to its individuals is dropping out of the educational system, which leads to unemployment and socio-economic marginalization and isolation from society. And with social and cultural factor for minorities of immigrant origin and amplifying social injustice and tried by unauthorized clerics, the first building block for extremism is build.

Arab schools educate students on isolation:

When the educational system isolated from the surrounding community as happened in those States.  (Happens in Romania, schools with Arabic educational curricula in Roman society!) It jumps in an unknown space with no known decision, and loses its depth and its floor, so schools become poverty and social and religious extremism-generating environments.

Where students in those schools in isolated islands belong with thought, study and application to underdeveloped countries socially, politically, economically and developmentally, thousands of kilometers away from them geographically and intellectually, and are forced to understand the mindset of strange countries about which they are unaware about anything, and they learn a curricula that’s unrelated to the society in which they live and not to the State or science, their brains are stuff with information which doesn't interest them and they won't use it. So, they become retarded, unable to compete with their colleagues in Roman schools. Bodies grow in Romania and minds grow in countries of parents and grandparents.

Arabic schools in Romania built walls separating their students from the society in which they live and develop a schizophrenia inside their students, forcing them to live in two different and contradictory societies. Arab society in school and another Romanian opposite to it in the street and neighborhood.

To compensate for the emptiness caused by these discrepancies between two societies and two cultures, Arabic schools by educating its students on nervous tendency, and imaginary superiority for their community and their thoughts and beliefs, so that their loyalty becomes to a State outside their State, and a community outside of their community. And they look with contemptuous eye and sometimes with hatred eye to their surroundings, these cantons contribute in building hatred and seclusion tendencies and a sense of injustice and oppression among their students.

Bodies grow in Romania and minds grow in strange lands!

The educational strategic curricula and methods of education within these schools, if exist, lead to loneliness, isolation, fear, anxiety and social contradictions and foster negative values and encourage extremism because Arab schools transmit backward thinking through copying backward education methods in their countries that take into account the specificities of politics, society, customs and traditions So, It looks bleak, humbled and forbidden, and contributes in the formation of complex patterns of social relations.

This paradox generates isolation as a result of unsuitability with society, unequal access to privileges and employment and unemployment, poverty and extremism until reaching hatred of society and crime.

Parents are involved in crime:

The parents contribute, without knowledge, in depriving their children of education and excellence, and lead them to isolation and seclusion, when they put them in institutions that appear to them charity and market them as educational institutions that maintain the customs and traditions and respects the religious teachings, While they teach their children submissiveness and surrender and prepare them to enter the courts of dictatorship obedience to one person who is the manager in the school, and the father at home and the leader outside both of them, 'and kill all their freedom, good, creativity, superiority and excellence,
And give them paper certificates that are only suitable for placing on the walls of their future failure, and tickets to enter the unemployment world and sit in cafes and prisons to the tragic end that we hope not to see here in Romania.

We really hope that no one of our children to be hateful extremist who transforms our lives into hell, and harms the country that hosted us and gave us its land, air and treasures, and many gains that we could not make in our countries.

And Romania are also responsible for their children!

All European governments consider the children living in their country to be the children of the state. They sponsor them, sponsor their interests, provide them and financially support them, force them to study in public schools and sometimes have the right to take them from their parents if they feel that parents do not treat children in a civilized and systematic

For this reason, there are no schools in Europe and all over the world that teach Arabic curriculum with full-time, and are granted them Arab baccalaureate degrees. There are thousands of official and non-official Arab schools that teach Arabic only on weekends or after official school hours, while formal education is exclusively in the language, school and curriculum of the country.

If the student who was educated in Romania would return to live and work in the Arab country where he obtained his degree (Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt), his affiliation with these Arab schools would be helpful, but if the student wants to complete his life and future in Romania, he should study with Romanian language and in Romanian schools to ensure equal opportunities with the Romanian colleagues, especially since the students must integrate with the Romanian society at the end of their educational process to achieve accomplishment through it.

The graduates of Arab schools can not complete their studies in theoretical colleges (arts, sociology, psychology, law, professional colleges, arts and theater colleges, music colleges, etc.). They cannot compete in the competitions of the ministries of interior, foreign affairs and justice. They are disabled backward citizens who do not contribute to building the future of their country in a healthy way.

Some of the negative aspects of Arab schools:

The undeclared goal of the school is to profit financially, even at the expense of the life and future of the students. From the history of these schools, it is clear to all that they have not been able to provide a healthy model for the new Arab generation and have not been able to help their graduates to obtain scholarships, or introduce into jobs. Even Arab embassies and Arab schools have not employed any graduate of these schools.

Arab schools have not yet participated in the annual Olympiads of Romanian schools (Romanian Language Olympiad, Mathematics Olympiad, Physics Olympiad, Language Olympiad ... etc.).

These schools do not participate in art exhibitions, concerts, competitions, activities and other programs offered by the State free of charge, in which all Romanian schools participate.

These schools did not participate in a school program “Programul Şcoala altfel”, it is a free program that provides support and free programs for schools by the European Union.

Do not participate in the free summer camps of the Romanian schools (Tabără de vară) which train and teach.

Do not participate in free foreign missions and school trips to European countries.
Do not benefit from academic, vocational and training scholarships.

Teachers are not officially licensed and some of them are not qualified at all, and there are no training and rehabilitation programs at all.

Did not participate in promotion and development projects of education of different cultures (dezvoltarea educaţiei interculturale) despite the great importance of these projects.

Legal aspect of these schools:

Legally, there is not yet an Arab school in Romania that has an educational license as a school officially accredited by the Romanian Ministry of Education, as is the case in Turkish, French and British private schools.

Schools in Romania are institutions and cultural centers licensed as non-profit educational institutions (cultural centers). It is entitled to licensed cultural activity such as any Romanian private company, and it is granted the necessary approvals from the competent authorities such as any restaurant, shop, language institute or institute of vocational education, not as regular schools.

The Romanian State shall not interfere with its programs or curricula and shall not supervise, support or deal with it as an official school in accordance with such licenses and approvals.

Is it true that Arabic schools devote morals and religious values and preserve the Customs and traditions?

The advertising propaganda of these institutions rely in propagating themselves on focusing attention on educational, religious and national issues, as an exploitation of the emotions of the parents to throw them in the net to registrate their children in them.

In fact, attention is paid to religious and educational issues to satisfy the parents according to their immediate interests, neglecting the positive and religious spirituality, and teach students about their communities and their religion, rather than understanding and assimilating them.

In these schools, it is reported that they distanced children from the disadvantages of Romanian schools, where sex and drugs are rampant. Paradoxically, most of the students of Arab schools are friends and relatives of these Romanian schools. When they graduate, they go to the Romanian universities which are distinct to the Romanian schools. Then, they can enter the work market in Romania, which also includes the positives and negatives of the Romanian society.

These schools do not play any positive role in separating the bad and the good from the customs and traditions planted deep in the conscience of knowledge, and do not work in a scientific specific manner to remove the underdevelopment and ignorance, and do not sort or purify habits in the Romanian society and renounce the exotic evil and get positive from them ...

According to statistics and reality, these Arab schools are categorized as failing educational institutions that teach their students isolation from their societies and extremism in thinking, and import the legacy of underdevelopment to re-inject it into the new generation, not concerning that they distorting a generation of immigrants while not distroying the foundations of their success in their new societies.

No one denies the isolation of Arab schools in Romania and their organic separation from Roman society as a systematic policy practiced for known purposes. Under the pretexts of preserving values, morals, customs and traditions.

The negative aspects of the isolation of the students of these schools from the Romanian society are more dangerous to them and their future and their intellectual, social and psychological makeup than some of the advantages of these schools, if any of them exist.

Is the solution to close these institutions or to develop them?

The solution certainly not to close these institutions, but to work to give it its useful true size in the society, and these schools can be important cultural centers providing educational services in accordance with the school aid system "Şcoala după şcoală" and teaching Islamic education and Arabic language and tutoring.

To return to its positive primary role, it must:

Declare the reality of these schools in terms of the lack of recognition with their certificates and their educational, pedagogical, official dire status. And the Romanian authorities look to them as a failing center for educationally failures, socially underdeveloped students, incapable of scientific, cultural and linguistic development and isolationists and Psychologically complex students and provide advice to parents to expel their children from such kind of destructive commercial schools.

Conversion of these schools (commercial) to Romanian vocational formal schools, a religious school that is committed to the school curriculum developed by the Ministry of Education, but it focus on religious education and language quotas in addition to the educational course, such as the rest of the high schools
To persuade the guardian of the student that the future of his son or daughter will be gained by obtaining the high certificates of education with Romanian language in the country of residence because it will facilitate his entrance to the labor market and receiving scholarships and educational trips and access to European Romanian institutions and these things do not exist exclusively except in the Romanian universities and institutes. And his obtaining of a certificate and a study in Arabic will put obstacles to his great superiority, work and efficiency and reduce the ability to compete with the Romanian colleagues in the future.
It concludes through the students' course that they must integrate the Romanian society at the end of their educational journey to achieve accomplishments through it, and that isolation will generate problems of lack of harmony with society and the lack of equal access to the privileges and employment opportunities, and hence unemployment, poverty and extremism, and down to the hatred of society and crime.
Warning the Romanian state to the potential future danger of these schools and their care of ignorance, backwardness and extremism. Most of its students were Romanian citizens. It provided the opportunity for Arab-Romanian students to learn their language and religion in additional classes and within Romanian governmental schools.

In Germany, for example, most of the Muslim community learns in German governmental schools and there are classes for Arabic and Islamic religion, which are optional classes and even Islamic religion is taught in German language.

Revealing the fact that the dictatorial administration of the schools and if they satisfy the arrogance of some parents and bring the false reassurance on the future of their children, they hurt their son and isolate them from their surroundings and put walls in front of their practical, cognitive and linguistic superiority. And declaring that home-based health education can make children avoid the negative aspects of the Romanian society in terms of sexual freedom, drug problems and bad companionship.

Clarification that the problems of students cannot be solved by the quality of the schools to which they go. Arab schools didn’t and won’t limit or eliminate the problems of students and the problems of adolescence neither in Romania nor the Arab countries. This is an illusion sold by these schools to parents. There are many problems started within these schools and battles and problems developed outside them and there are emotional and even sexual relations occur among its students, as in all countries of the world and its schools.

Measures that can be taken into account in dealing with large numbers of the possible arrival of refugees to Romania
The whole world awaits refugees who have fled their countries which patrolled heading to different countries where the wars of stability and security available modes.
Where hundreds of thousands have fled from Iraq and Syria because of what is going on in these two countries and the lack of stability and battles through the streets of the cities that do not deliver them ordinary citizens to more stable and secure places of security problems.
These wars going on in Iraq, Syria dropped Bomasha not only the citizens but also to most countries of the world, including European countries, which is for many of the refugees is the final destination that they think access to them since the start of their journey, leaving behind all their belongings, even if most of them left their families and their parents to the difficulty of escaping either together or because the war cut off communication between them.
The large numbers of immigrants who have decided to head to Europe certainly shed a lot of officials in the European countries because they see it as the crisis has not faced before and are now being prepared.
Despite the efforts of many officials around the world and whereby they try to contain the crisis However, these efforts are not without difficulties due to the large number of refugees who have arrived in many European countries so far and who are expected to arrive in the near future, that those people who They fled from their countries for a variety of reasons and while Salolhm to the member state in the European Union offer request to obtain refugee status, which gives them the right to live in that country with giving them different rights, including not to be returned to their home countries, according to the Geneva Convention, signed by many countries, including countries Members of the European Union, in any European country belonging to the EU when it receives the number of immigrants are a number of procedures to determine whether these immigrants are entitled to grant them refugee status or not according to the criteria set out in the Geneva Convention at the time, then the competent authority in that State authorities study the application submitted by the immigrant, assess and identify the real reason for his departure from his country and his choice of the State concerned to submit his request to obtain the right of asylum has, therefore, the period required by the study and evaluation of the request to the responsible parties the right decision is to take an indefinite period and the unknown and vary from one country to another and also from the city to another city, depending on the system in place and also to how vulnerable this country to accommodate the preparation of various immigrants.
That among the countries that are likely to receive a large number of immigrants are Romania, where it is one of the Member States of the European Union, one of the committed Refugee Geneva Convention states, due to the economic situation in Romania probably puts the responsibility of officials in this state additional difficulties to meet these the crisis in terms of receiving and providing the right place to live for immigrants until their application and decision.
But can government authorities and non-governmental organizations that form the cooperation among themselves for control of this crisis, it is possible to identify the difficulties that may be encountered in receiving a large number of immigrants and then analyzed thus can develop appropriate solutions.
The majority of immigrants upon arrival in Romania, they seem eager to start a new life and build a new future for themselves and their families, for example, there are a lot of questions that can be posed by the refugees to officials including Wayne will be housed and whether the family Are they living together, and also how long it will take to issue documents Official their own and when their children can start school enrollment, and if they have the right to work and what they can that they work and this is also one of the problems faced by officials and migrants, it is no doubt there are a lot of refugees who have different qualifications have practiced different jobs in their own countries Perhaps these qualifications are not commensurate with the available job opportunities in Romania so they can find solutions to this issue, including holding training courses in various disciplines of the refugees both by his desire and his choice of course they wish to follow-up, also the education of the Romanian language because it is one of the foundations that enable refugees to integrate into Romanian society.
But it should be the unification of efforts between government institutions and NGOs for refugees and the consolidation of information that reaches the refugees, because according to the information given from government institutions and the other from non-governmental organizations can result in disparities in Almtlqat information and then the probability of a lack of confidence, which complicates matters related to dealing with refugees .
So it is best when studying the refugee files and identify their needs and basic points that interest them, and put them a list and prepare appropriate answers her by holding meetings with the refugees and that there is prior coordination between governmental institutions, non-governmental and private organizations to pursue things of refugees before holding meetings in order to have a unified answers boost Almtlqat receive and understand information, and that the person who leads the meeting are familiar with most of the issues for refugees in order to enable him to answer the questions of refugees without reference to the other hand to inquire about this topic questions.
Obviously there are many difficulties to contain the refugee crisis but can be found for many of these difficulties solutions through psychological understanding of refugee and determine what are the basic needs that can be addressed.
